Passing through the 365 day-and-night and the four seasons of 2018, felt like the blink of an eye, we have gone through 2018 and now come to the moment for the start of the new year.
Still remembered clearly this same time of last year, despite the official implementation of the new IMF policy was still unclear and the overall economy was still uncertain, yet with the full confidence and believe of China's infant milk powder and adult nutrition market; and with the full faith of our enterprise power and team passion, we set out the slogan of: “2018 - to show YOU power”!
The grateful of YOU, the pride of YOU, the yearning for YOU, and the courage of YOU are always in our hearts.

2018: YOU power, led us courageously to move forward
2018 - A nerve-wracking year: regardless of our preparation, on January 1, 2018, the new policy of infant milk powder was implemented as scheduled.
2018 - A worrying year: China-US trade frictions; the downturn in both the economy and the stock market; and the unfavorable market sentiments to private enterprises have brought a lot of worries and concerns to many of us.
2018 – A competitive year: brands were in decisive battles, consumer volume was decentralized, marketing strategy was transforming… only "change" is the constant theme.
Despite all the above, the Ausnutria members have never slowed down the pace of development. We did not feel lonely or frusturated because we chose to trust and hold each other together.
Facing the complicated internal and external environment, by adhering to the firm “Golden Decade” strategy, we achieved steady progress in all aspects of business operations and continued to contribute success to the company’s development.
During the year, we announced the "Third Generation LOGO" with an aim to spread the idea of “One Ausnutria, One Dream, One Voice” to our global employees and consumers together with a new company image. We are proud to share with everyone that Ausnutria is marching to become a leading “infants-and-children focused, all-age nutrition and healthcare service company” with full faith and confidence.
With an aim to pursuit “YOU”, we officially introduced AOPEX in May, an excellent operational management system, to create an Ausnutria's unified thinking and operating code. The commitment of all Ausnutria members is clear: which is to pursue excellence as our responsibility, start everything from details, focus on process, strive for optimal results, and continue to innovate. Work hard and never ending commitments!
The above is not only our working principle, and also a vow engraved in our hearts.
During the year, CITIC Agri Funds invested in our company and has since then become our single largest shareholder. Such event has inevitably enriched the shareholding structure of the Company but has also strengthened the financial position of the company, which has laid down a very solid foundation for the long-term growth and success of the company.
The above not only shows the trust from our shareholders, and also an assignment of a significant task and responsibility to us.
This year, we continued to enhance our global supply chain. The plants in the Netherlands have successfully commenced operation, the plant in New Zealand has already obtained the local production license, and the Smart Factory in Changsha has completed the construction work. In Australia, the acquisitions of the remaining shares of Ozfarm, Ausnutrition and Nutrition Care have been substantially completed.
Global supply chain is further consolidated and hence the overall operating efficiency is therefore improved.
This year, all brands have achieved remarkable results. Hyproca Bio-science team has made Neolac the fastest growing product of the Group; Allnutria team has achieved the highest growth rate in sales among all the Group BUs; and in November, the turnovers of Kabrita China exceeded RMB2 billion, which represented achieving its full year’s budget one month in advance. Besides, it has continued to be rank as the No.1 global brand on goat milk powder products.
We are proud as all the above results have proven that nothing is impossible for Ausnutria with our best and endless efforts.
I trust everyone would still remember the precious moment that we have shared on the 15th Anniversary of Ausnutria, which was held in Orange Isle. With all the blessings and wishes from all over the world received in Changsha, everyone is connected as we all shared the same vision which is to strive for better nutrition.

Our regional sales representatives start the business with a back pack, traveling hundreds of kilometers every day, crossing different counties and cities. With the determination of achieving the mission, each of our representative has served our consumers with their best efforts, sincerity and heart.
Many nights when most people left, our AOPEX project memberswere still working hard in the conference room, dedicating to study on the best method for optimizing every business module; IT engineers were immersed in the world of coding, using their fingers to build the artificial intelligent area of the company; logistics team were stationed at the warehousing site, with an aim to deliver orders placed by our customers timely.
The colleagues on the production line worked hard over the years with their best efforts to complete the significant task which is to ensure that every tin produced are always with best quality and zero quality problems...
Whether our family members are at the front line or back office supporting other family members, the efforts and contributions of everyone - "the Strength of YOU", contributed to the company's remarkable development.
And we are touched by the love of our customers and partners, as well as support from society. Although we have not been perfect, the applauses for every step of our progress, the tolerance, support and encouragement, help us grow and drive us keep advancing.

2019: We strive, we achieve
Ausnutria has just turned into 15 years old, is like a youth and bursting with unprecedented vitality. After fifteen years of tempering, the accumulation of experience over time has been transformed into positive energy. The company has become increasingly mature and less stumbling on the road of development, but there are still many areas for improvement. Facing the ever-changing business world, new brands and technologies are on the rise, and there is still a long way for Ausnutria to battle. How to encounter the future challenges? How to overcome the intensive market competition in the long time on the infant formula industry? We all know only through hard working and only a continuous striving company is able to stay young and successful forever.
In 2019, our country will celebrate its 70th anniversary. In this 70 years, for the independence of the country, the fulfillment of the people, and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, generation after generation of Chinese people kept endeavoring with fearlessness of difficulties, and wrote a magnificent chapter of a strong and prosperous development for the country.
In 2019, the company will also celebrate its 10th anniversary of listing on October 8th after the National Day. The 10 years of successful listing of Ausnutria was a result of our ten years of hard work and efforts. Our globalization process will continue to develop: the continuous building up of our global milk source supply chain layout, the continuous product diversification, the continuous enhancement of the global sales network, and the building up of the international sales team. The governance of the company also been strengthened. Behind the 10 years of success, it is the efforts and commitments of all Ausnutria members.

A few days ago, the company prepared a new 2019 notebook to each of Ausnutria member. For those who have pay attention on the notebook would notice that on the preface it is marked "2019, time can be seen." The idea is that our contributions and efforts will be witnessed over time.
